Job summary

Bowman Andros seeks an IT Supply Chain Analyst to partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Customer Service, and Manufacturing to implement, optimize, and manage supply chain technology solutions.

The role focuses on improving inventory visibility, warehouse efficiency, transportation performance, and overall supply chain results through digital tools, analytics, and system integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, SCM, business or engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting and administering technology solutions for supply chain, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or ERP environments.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations or business transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and distribution processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT partner to Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, and Manufacturing leadership.
• Participate in supply chain transformation initiatives and digital roadmap planning.
• Support evaluation, selection, implementation, and deployment of new supply chain applications (WMS, TMS, analytics).
• Assist in change management and user adoption efforts.
• Analyze current-state processes and document future-state improvements.
• Ensure systems provide accurate inventory visibility and support distribution and transportation operations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI) and provide actionable insights.
