Qualifications

• 8+ years in Procurement and Supplier Management.
• 8+ years in contract and vendor negotiation.
• 8+ years of technical writing skills.
• 8+ years in requirements gathering.
• 5+ years knowledge of VA Public Procurement Laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing process including solicitation documents.
• Manage various sourcing projects, focusing on complex IT contracts.
• Lead risk mitigation strategies and establish contracts.
• Manage project deliverables and communications effectively.
• Conduct lessons-learned reviews post-project.
