Job summary

Eastman, based in Kingsport, TN, seeks a Manager of Indirect Sourcing for Corporate Services and IT. You will partner with IT, Legal, Finance and stakeholders to execute sourcing strategies, lead RFI/RFPs, and negotiate contracts to achieve cost advantages while improving supplier performance.

The role reports to the Director, Indirect Sourcing and Procurement and requires 5+ years in procurement with IT/ERP experience. Remote option available with preference for Kingsport-based location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, or supply chain (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years commercial experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Experience with procurement, sourcing, or commercial activities such as contract negotiations and market assessments.
• Five years project and/or program management background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT and Professional Services category strategy with a crossfunctional team.
• Act as a trusted business partner to IT leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Lead option generation and prioritize category strategies in line with business and tech requirements.
• Lead and conduct RFI/RFP processes and negotiate contracts to deliver cost advantages.
