Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance, minimum 4 years of relevant experience, and a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Ability to work across multiple functions/organizations and build trusted relationships.
• Knowledge of IT service delivery, operations, processes, standards, tools, and capabilities (infrastructure and PM).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technology and security environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to IT & Security plans, projects, and service delivery to achieve integrated business plans.
• Engage business stakeholders to understand IT & Security requirements and priorities.
• Communicate business needs with IT solution centers and security representatives to align outcomes.
• Assist with gathering detailed business requirements and define scope through meetings and cross-functional sessions.
• Help ensure accurate representation of stakeholders in major IT & Security projects.
• Identify IT & Security challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote cybersecurity compliance without major impact to operations.
• Assist with procurement of IT hardware/software within the area of responsibility.
• Support BA IT & Security team with administrative tasks.
• Stay aware of industry/tech trends and recommend new systems or processes.
