Job summary

Onset Technologies is seeking an IT Project Manager with deep expertise in Oracle ERP (Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS) to lead large-scale ERP programs across complex enterprises.

You will drive end-to-end project delivery, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with executives, vendors, and distributed teams, ensuring on-time, on-scope results while maintaining stringent quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification required.
• 7+ years IT experience with at least 3+ years in ERP implementation.
• Experience with Oracle ERP implementations (not upgrades).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle ERP including Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, resource estimation, execution, and risk management.
• Coordinate with business leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver on scope and schedule.
• Manage change control and obtain approvals for scope, schedule, and resources.
• Provide status reporting and dashboards to leadership.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance, and enterprise guidelines.
• Drive governance and manage geographically distributed teams.
• Collaborate to align business processes with Oracle ERP solutions.
• Coordinate development activities with vendors and contract resources.
