Bray International, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead technology projects and perform business analysis in a hybrid work environment.

You will own project delivery, stakeholder engagement, requirements definition, process analysis, test coordination, and change management across enterprise solutions. The role requires coordinating with vendors and partners, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring successful implementation of ERP, CRM, and data governance

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business admin, engineering or related field.
• PM certifications preferred (PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2).
• 5+ years of IT project management experience with enterprise applications.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, SaaS projects and external vendors.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple IT projects from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Develop and maintain project charters, plans, budgets and resource plans.
• Establish governance structures and conduct steering committee reviews.
• Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, risks and quality metrics.
• Drive project execution to deliver strategic business outcomes.
• Perform business analysis, requirements gathering and process improvements.
