Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support a government contract from concept to completion. You will implement organizational programs, review contracts and cost accounting, and coordinate with stakeholders using JIRA and SharePoint.

The role emphasizes clear communication to meet goals and quality standards, with locations in Atlanta, GA or Washington DC. The position requires 2+ years in IT program/project management, knowledge of Agile/Scrum, and strong MS

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with IT program and project management.
Experience with project management processes, including creation of project charters, templates, and schedules.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and commonly used tools.
Experience using Microsoft Office tools.
Experience providing support to organizational and administrative efforts.
Experience with business planning and organizing and coordinating program milestones, key activities, and efforts.
Experience preparing and staffing briefings, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of contracts leadership.
Review contracts and project cost accounting with key stakeholders.
Assist with tactical planning using JIRA and SharePoint and interact with project managers, analysts, and customers.
Contribute to effective communication to ensure program goals and quality standards.
