Job summary

The role leads high-impact projects, manages schedules and risks, and coordinates with stakeholders and vendors to ensure best practices are followed.

The candidate will support CRM-related operations, supervise teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration across departments to deliver on enterprise IT objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; six+ years IT/PM experience.
• Experience leading program-level initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate program strategy to IT and senior leadership.
• Identify and prioritize IT opportunities to meet enterprise goals.
• Maintain project management processes including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Lead multiple project managers and business analysts.
• Oversee IT PMO operations and vendor relationships.
• Develop schedules, track progress, and mitigate risks; resolve issues.
