Job summary

Paramount Legal is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead strategic technology projects and drive alignment with business goals. You will oversee the Project Management team, manage a portfolio of initiatives, and partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Candidates must reside in the Atlanta area and be ready to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values teamwork and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing technology projects and programs.
• 3+ years leading Project Managers or delivery teams.
• Must have people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management, resource planning, and PMO practices.
• Experience working with executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Oversee project priorities, resources, risks, and delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of technology projects and initiatives.
• Implement PMO standards, processes, and reporting.
• Partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders.
• Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery and resource utilization.
