Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright is looking for a Procurement Manager to manage contract management and vendor relationships. You will work closely with the Head of Vendor Management to drive sourcing strategies and efficiencies within the procurement function. The role requires strong negotiation skills and effective relationship management with vendors.

This position is available in Austin, Dallas, or Houston, Texas, and follows a hybrid work policy. The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in procurement or vendor management within a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or vendor management.
• Demonstrated experience with Coupa, ideally from deployment to adoption.
• Strong problem solving, consensus building, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for Coupa deployment and adoption.
• Maintain the firm’s procurement function on Coupa for Contract Life Cycle management.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard vendors and suppliers, negotiating terms and pricing.
