Job summary

RedMatter Solutions is seeking an IT Procurement/Budget Analyst to work with government leadership on IT, budget, and financial analysis. You will help create templates and documentation and coordinate with components to align procurement with requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, ability to obtain a Public Trust, and solid experience in federal procurement and budgeting within government finance systems, plus a BA/BS in a related field.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
• Strong administrative and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in government financial management systems.
• Expertise in federal budget and procurement with 4+ years of hands-on experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and verify IT vendor pricing estimates.
• Assist in creating reimbursable agreements and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with component stakeholders to verify funds and gather requirements.
• Process vendor invoices within the customer’s financial system.
• Review and track IT application costs and quantities.
• Conduct compliance work on open commitments and billing.
