Job summary

IntePros seeks an experienced IT Procurement Director to lead technology sourcing, contract negotiations, and strategic vendor management. This leadership role collaborates with IT, Legal, Finance, and Operations to maximize value, manage risk, and support business growth.

The ideal candidate will drive procurement for IT hardware, software, cloud services, and professional services, negotiate complex contracts, and optimize vendor relationships to deliver cost savings and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of procurement experience, including 4+ years in IT procurement leadership.
• Strong IT sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation experience.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating complex IT/professional services contracts.
• Paralegal, legal, contracts, or strong commercial background.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with procurement tools/ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for IT hardware, software, cloud, SaaS, and professional services
• Negotiate IT contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and vendor agreements
• Manage strategic vendors, performance, renewals, and risk
• Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, and Operations on sourcing decisions
• Identify cost savings and improve procurement processes
• Advise on contract terms, interpretation, compliance, and vendor disputes
