The University of Miami Information Technology & Systems Department seeks a full-time IT Portfolio Manager to oversee programs and projects within the portfolio. The role partners with IT PMO leadership, budgets initiatives, and reports portfolio health to executive sponsors.

Responsibilities include aligning projects with strategic priorities, managing capacity vs demand, and ensuring governance compliance. Requires collaboration with department leadership and staff across units.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in operations or portfolio management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement best practices, processes, and toolsets for portfolio and project management.
• Collaborate with executive steering to prioritize and review portfolio health.
• Provide oversight to program and project managers and manage change control and risk.
