Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive IT support experience, ideally in mid‑sized companies.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and common peripherals.
• Strong communicator capable of explaining technical topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support for Blach employees.
• Manage incidents and service requests through Freshdesk.
• Support implementation and administration of Microsoft Intune.
