Job summary

TOKYO ELECTRON U.S.HOLDINGS, INC. in Austin is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Network Technical Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects across the organization.

You will coordinate server installs, data center upgrades, network deployments, and AV implementations while partnering with multiple technical teams and stakeholders. The role emphasizes delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and with minimal business disruption, with possible collaboration with Japan

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing technical IT projects, preferably IT infrastructure, data centers or facilities technology.
• Experience coordinating engineers, vendors, facilities teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong planning, risk management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project-management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Monday.
• Experience with server installations, hardware upgrades, and AV deployments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Lead projects from planning through installation, testing, cutover, and closeout.
• Manage server installations, hardware refreshes, network equipment installations, cabling, and AV systems.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cutover activities to minimize business disruption.
