Job summary

Community Care of North Carolina (CCNC) is seeking a Senior IT GRC Advisor to lead and mature our enterprise IT governance, risk, and compliance program in Garner, NC. This role advises leadership and partners with IT security on risk, controls, and audit readiness across infrastructure, cloud, vendors, and data protection.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT audit, risk management, or GRC leadership, with proven ability to implement practical, business-aligned processes and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 7+ years in IT audit, risk management, cybersecurity compliance, or GRC leadership.
• Experience leading complex IT audits, risk assessments, or advisory engagements.
• Experience assessing third-party and vendor risk and reviewing SOC and security certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT GRC program, governance, risk management, and policy oversight with leadership reporting.
• Develop and maintain IT risk registers, issue management, and dashboard metrics for visibility.
• Collaborate across IT, Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and Audit to strengthen controls and remediation.
