Job summary

Precinmac seeks an experienced Director of Information Technology to lead IT strategy across Albany and surrounding locations. The role drives digital transformation, data governance, and enterprise systems to support manufacturing excellence and real-time decision making.

Lead infrastructure, cybersecurity, analytics, and cross-functional IT initiatives, partnering with business units and external vendors to ensure scalable, compliant, and resilient technology across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-looking IT strategy aligned with business goals and manufacturing needs.
• Drive digital transformation including automation, data integration, analytics, and shop-floor connectivity.
• Lead BI capabilities with real-time dashboards, KPI reporting, and forecasting tools.
• Establish data governance, data quality, and master data management for the BU.
• Own IT infrastructure across multiple sites: networks, cloud, servers, and end-user computing.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships at the BU level.
