Job summary

LKQ Corporation seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from concept to delivery. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, and decisions while guiding multiple projects concurrently.

You will build trusted relationships across business and technology groups, deliver concise health updates to executives, and coordinate with vendors and analysts to ensure on-time delivery and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects and programs from initiation through delivery, aligning objectives and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, budgets, and action trackers.
• Communicate project health and decisions to executives and stakeholders clearly.
• Foster collaboration across business and technology groups to resolve ambiguity.
• Facilitate meetings and updates to drive alignment and accountability.
• Coordinate work of project team members, vendors, and analysts.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and judgment in risk escalation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
