Qualifications

• 6-8 years’ experience working with Financial or Human Resource Management systems in a corporate IT department.
• Business competency in Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, or Accounting systems desirable but not required.
• Working knowledge of German/French desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders/users.
• Understand current and future business needs.
• Consult with internal partners to provide business strategy alignment with IT strategy.
• Assist in all aspects of requirements gathering through to project closure.
• Identify possible risks to project initiatives.
• Familiarity with dashboard reporting methods for CxO level.

Experience creating process and data flow diagrams

Experience writing and executing testing documentation

Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, information systems
