Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years as IT/ITS Business Analyst or similar role.
• Local candidates only for on-site Tuesday requirement.
• Experience translating business needs into BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and ongoing requirement clarifications with stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into clear, testable requirements (BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria).
• Coordinate with vendor PMs/solution architects to confirm scope, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.
• Develop communication plans for releases and changes across audiences and channels.
• Partner with business owners to create training plans and schedule trainings.
• Coordinate UAT planning, scripts, defects tracking, and closure.
• Support internal application enhancements and minor projects through gathered requirements and specs.
• Triaging production issues, reproducing defects, and documenting bug reports with steps-to-reproduce.
