Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to support Army IT software investments and ELAs at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role involves monitoring license usage, coordinating with Army commands, and drafting decision-support materials for government leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in IT asset management, DoD/Army experience, and a solid background in software licensing. Active DoD Secret clearance is required and prior experience with ELAs is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, acquisition, or a related field (or equivalent military/civilian experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in IT asset management, software licensing analysis, or federal IT program analysis.
• Experience supporting Army or DoD operations and staff.
• Knowledge of common software licensing constructs (subscription, capacity-based, perpetual, enterprise agreements).

Responsibilities

• Monitor software consumption and license utilization across Army organizations; maintain centralized requirements tracking logs.
• Coordinate with Army commands and support agencies to collect and deconflict submitted software license requirements.
• Evaluate submitted software demands against ELAs and contracts; draft memos for decision support.
• Synthesize analytics into concise briefings, cost-avoidance courses of action, and executive papers for leadership.
• Assist with enterprise data calls, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and Army regulations.
