Job summary

Capital Department is seeking an Investor Relations Strategy & Ops lead to partner with startup CEOs in scaling private markets. You will own the investor narrative, manage pipelines, and act as a strategic adviser through Reg CF and Reg D processes.

You will craft compelling investor communications, oversee platform relationships, and design scalable systems to engage a growing roster of high-growth startups and investors. This remote-first team values autonomy and execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the startup ecosystem (high-growth companies, VC firms, or as a founder).
• Experience in Investor Relations, Marketing, or Chief of Staff roles with complex stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication with executive presence; able to lead calls with CEOs and write investor updates.
• Meticulous about building systems and processes to ensure no detail falls through the cracks.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills for investor decks and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end IR strategy, from crafting the initial investment narrative to post-launch investor communications.
• Manage and optimize investor pipelines; lead deal performance analysis to sustain momentum.
• Act as a strategic partner to CEOs, guiding through capital-raise nuances.
• Write persuasive copy for investor decks, emails, and pitch materials.
• Oversee relationships with Reg CF/Reg D platforms and scalable investor-engagement systems.
