Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Investor Relations or related field.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support relationships with Limited Partners and institutional investors, primarily across North America.
• Assist with investor communications, including quarterly updates, portfolio reporting and ad hoc LP requests.
• Support fundraising initiatives across existing and prospective investors.
• Prepare and coordinate RFPs, DDQs, investor presentations and marketing materials.
• Maintain and analyze investor data, tracking LP activity, commitments and engagement.
• Coordinate investor meetings, calls and due diligence processes alongside senior IR professionals.
• Work closely with investment, finance and operations teams to ensure timely investor information.
• Assist with investor events, annual meetings and other LP engagement initiatives.
• Conduct research on existing and prospective investors and support broader capital formation initiatives.
