Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative discipline preferred.
• Strong knowledge of equity markets, securities regulations/disclosure requirements, and IR practice preferred.
• Experience reading and analyzing financial statements of publicly traded companies preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; high energy, self-motivated and organized.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic integrated communications, including preparing earnings prep materials, press releases, and Investor Relations website materials.
• Create and maintain financial models based on published analyst reports; align valuations and forecasts.
• Manage the compilation of earnings binders for industry peers and for senior management meetings.
• Develop stock trend analyses and peer analyses for presentation to senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Lead the development of periodic feedback reports on company security performance for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Assist with quarterly earnings deliverables such as SEC filings, earnings releases, conference call scripts, investor presentations, and ad hoc analyses.
• Support preparation of external press releases and respond to shareholder inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate responses to shareholder requests and other IR or Corporate Development projects.
