Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an IR Lead Principal to drive investor relations and communications with the executive leadership team. You will prepare talking points for quarterly earnings calls, analyze sector peers, and develop investor relations reports and materials for the investment community.

You will maintain relationships with sell-side and buy-side analysts, coordinate IR events, and provide competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

• Superior financial/investment analysis skills.
• Oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Understanding of financial modeling used for stock valuation.
• Knowledge of healthcare legislative/political and competitive environment.
• Experience influencing leadership and investor relations strategy.
• Ability to network and build relationships across the company.

Responsibilities

• Promote financial and operating performance to capital markets with ELT/SLT alignment.
• Prepare executives for quarterly earnings calls with talking points and Q&A.
• Develop investor relations reports including stock performance and analyst views.
• Coordinate IR activities with sell-side and buy-side, road shows and investor days.
• Explain Cigna's strategy and competitive position to investors and analysts.
