Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in executive-level strategy, membership, development, investor relations, or related field.
• Proficiency in financial concepts and analysis, CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Advanced degree in business/nonprofit administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead investor engagement strategy, including value proposition, tiering, benefits, stewardship, and engagement opportunities.
• Advise CEO/COO on investor priorities, membership trends, and relationship management strategies.
• Develop and execute engagement plans for major investors, sponsors, board members, and strategic partners.
• Oversee investor relations operations: CRM strategy, revenue forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate across Alliance units to align investor engagement with priorities and programs.
