Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to bridge the company and the investment community, communicating performance, strategy, and growth initiatives to investors and analysts. The role supports earnings activities, investor communications, market intelligence, and capital markets engagement.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in finance or IR, with buy‑side or sell‑side experience, and strong finance, modeling, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–10 years of professional experience in finance, investment research, capital markets, investor relations, or a related field.
Prior buy-side or sell-side experience (e.g., Equity Research, Credit/Debt Research, Investment Analyst, Hedge Fund Analyst, Asset Management).
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, financial modeling, and capital markets.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial and operating performance metrics.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Serve as a key liaison between the company and the investment community.
Support earnings-related activities, investor communications, and market intelligence.
Engage with capital markets stakeholders and manage external messaging.
