• Flexibility to work longer hours or onsite for key events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Investor Talent team manager and leads to understand the broad mission and own calendar, meetings, agendas, and program sessions.
• Build and improve recurring processes that keep the team operating, including review cycles and knowledge management.
• Manage day-to-day execution of programs (e.g., summer internship, investor class) with timelines, owners, dependencies.
• Track engagement metrics and hold stakeholders accountable to commitments.
• Explore technology/AI to raise team productivity and connect workstreams for broader improvements.
