Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong academics and extracurriculars.
• Demonstrated interest in markets and investing with clear viewpoints.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear investment narratives.
• Analytical and quantitative skills to work with financial data.
• Curiosity about how institutional investors make decisions and how portfolios are built.

Responsabilités

• Design analytical approaches to investment questions and execute research from framing to synthesis.
• Collaborate with Strategists, co-CIOs, and asset class research teams to develop client-facing investment content.
• Synthesize macro outlooks into investment narratives tailored to each institution’s context.
• Develop independent views on markets and asset allocation to inform decisions.
• At senior levels: help develop junior analysts and set team quality standards.
