Job summary

American Tower is seeking an Analyst to join the Product and Strategy team in the United States. You will assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives, including large-scale acquisitions, while supporting corporate strategy projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
• Minimum 2 years financial analysis, project management, or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to influence decisions during negotiations.
• Experience improving business processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to communicate project status and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and with others.
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the assessment and execution of acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and development opportunities.
• Perform modeling, scenario analyses, and valuations for opportunities in digital infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal Finance to validate model parameters and drivers.
• Research markets and industry trends using public and private data sources.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence with internal teams and external advisers.
• Utilize project management tools to track pipeline, diligence, closing, and integration.
• Manage dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking to evaluate performance.
• Develop deep understanding of business units, markets, and strategic priorities.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and projects as assigned.
