Job summary

Terumo Aortic in the United States is seeking an inventory analyst to support warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing coordination, SAP system administration, and material planning activities.

This role maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counting and Kanban, coordinates vendor shipments, and collaborates with manufacturing, quality, and finance to minimize shortages while maximizing data integrity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality system requirements including FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and accuracy initiatives.
• Manage vendor shipments and approve invoices.
• Maintain SAP master data and support SAP transactions.
• Support scrap processing and disposal activities per procedures.
• Serve as backup for Warehouse Supervisor and assist operations.
• Participate in process improvements and system upgrades.
• Communicate with teams about inventory status and issues.
