Job summary

Omnimax Careers seeks a Purchasing Materials Manager to oversee inventory accuracy and optimize material flow across manufacturing. You will lead all purchasing activities, including physical inventories, reconciliation, and reporting discrepancies, partnering with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Shipping to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Accounting, Logistics, or related field preferred.
5+ years of warehouse, supply chain, or manufacturing experience.
2+ years of leadership experience managing inventory teams or cycle counting functions.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, Infor, Epicor, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory across the manufacturing operation.
Lead purchasing activities, including physical inventories, reconciliation, and reporting discrepancies.
Develop and maintain inventory performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
Partner with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Shipping to ensure data integrity and strong internal controls.
