Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to maintain inventory to meet demand at the Liberty DC and SKU level, including purchasing full goods and supporting production sequencing. The role ensures safety and regulatory compliance and collaborates across teams to optimize replenishments and scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Business Administration/Management with 3–5 years in production planning or analytics, strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of production planning, industrial engineering, or analytical experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand advanced mathematical concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, BY).
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper full goods inventory levels for assigned area/locations using BY Planning Modules and achieve In-Stock objectives.
• Create replenishment loads (purchased or DRP) optimized to minimize logistics costs.
• Collaborate with Demand, DCs and operations to support new products, promotions, and holiday inventory planning on purchased products.
• Review inventory levels and warehouse capacity; coordinate product movements to prevent stockouts, obsolescence, and overstock.
• Report close-dated inventory and work to reduce Breakage, Damage and Loss due to product age.
• Prepare and sequence production schedules for upcoming weeks; communicate with plants to ensure execution.
• Participate in weekly conference calls to share key product information across the business unit.
• Manage vendors' brands and lead times to maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain and update SAP release/schedule production orders for each plant.
• Maintain PP and MRP profiles to ensure BY Production and Capacity Modules are fully utilized.
• Sequence flavors and packaging to maximize efficiencies and minimize operating costs.
• Assess line capacity to determine if alternate sourcing is needed and coordinate to ensure supply.
• Lead weekly production schedule meetings with respective Production Centers.
