Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain, inventory control, or operations.
• Experience with inventory planning and forecasting tools; SyteLine ERP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory management.
• Advanced Excel and Access; Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Forecast demand based on sales data, lead times, and costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely inventory replenishment.
• Monitor supplier performance to meet lead times and quality.
• Lead and mentor inventory planners.
• Establish KPIs for inventory accuracy and turnover; report to senior management.
