Job summary

Salcomp Manufacturing USA is seeking an Inventory Planning Analyst to support inventory planning, accuracy, data analysis, and reporting in a manufacturing environment. You will work with purchasing, warehousing, and logistics to optimize inventory levels and drive data-driven decisions.

The role involves cycle counts, KPI reporting, and process improvement to reduce waste and improve inventory flow across the facility. Strong Excel skills and ERP/WMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, finance, analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of inventory control or supply chain analysis experience.
• Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, charts, data manipulation).
• Hands-on ERP/WMS experience.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain high data integrity in ERP/WMS systems.
• Develop KPI reports on inventory turnover, days on hand, fill rates, shrinkage, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, and logistics to optimize inventory flow.
