Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain.
• Experience in footwear, apparel, or consumer goods strongly preferred.
• Proven experience building or improving a planning function.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the demand planning and forecasting framework across all channels.
• Establish S&OP cadence and weekly inventory discipline.
• Build and manage OTB and inventory planning structure.
