Job summary

Spring Footwear is building a centralized Inventory & Demand Planning function to drive how the company plans, buys, and manages inventory across wholesale, e‑commerce, marketplaces, and retail. You will design and implement forecasting, inventory flow, and planning processes in partnership with leadership.

Success comes from improving forecast accuracy, balancing inventory, and establishing a single source of truth for decisions across channels.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in demand or inventory planning or supply chain.
• Experience in footwear, apparel, or consumer goods preferred.
• Proven track record building or improving planning functions.
• Strong skills in forecasting, OTB, inventory flow, and channel strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead demand planning and forecasting framework across channels.
• Establish S&OP cadence and weekly inventory discipline.
• Build and manage OTB and inventory planning structure.
• Define and enforce channel allocation strategy and priorities.
• Improve inventory turns, availability, and margin performance.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that drive decisions.
• Identify risks early and take action.
• Develop scalable processes, SOPs, and planning tools.
