Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Two to three years of replenishment buying or store operations experience.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills; ability to extract insights from databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to prioritize and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-stock levels to goal through replenishment and allocation strategies.
• Manage stock/location baselines and promotional lift forecasts.
• Proactively manage inventory replenishment and allocation to support goals.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Planner on promotional and secondary planning.
• Identify and resolve inventory opportunities from DC to store for profitability.
• Drive cross-functional strategies to meet shop/department goals and objectives.
• Communicate with store partners to achieve strategic results.
• Develop and participate in vendor management and process improvements.
