• Plans, develops and deploys internal communications aligned with organizational strategy to drive awareness and engagement.
• Follows an enterprise-wide internal communications plan with data-informed initiatives.
• Measures effectiveness of communications standards and adapts with cross-department collaboration.
• Develops relationships with department leaders and provides strategic counsel on messaging solutions.
• Maintains records of project status, timelines and deliverables using tracking tools.
• Stewards Memorial Health System brand across channels and platforms.
