Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking an Internal Account Manager to join our Strategic Accounts team in Omaha, NE or Newport Beach, CA. You will partner with External Field Directors to grow annuity relationships, provide sales support, and coordinate across departments in a structured, regulated environment.

The role requires a four-year degree, FINRA SIE (or passing within 12 months), and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree; experience in financial services preferred.
• FINRA SIE required or must pass within 12 months of filing with FINRA.
• Strong communication and relationship development skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners and clients.
• Provide proactive product information and comprehensive sales support.
• Act as liaison between distribution partners and internal departments (ops, tech, marketing, compliance).
• Coordinate initiatives across teams to drive results in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
