Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous Controller or Assistant Controller experience required.
• CPA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure accuracy of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate external audits and assist with audit preparation.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Ensure GAAP adherence and regulatory compliance.
