Job summary

RI Council 94 is seeking an Interdepartmental Project Manager to collaborate across state agencies on cross-system initiatives. The role emphasizes project development, research, fiscal and policy analysis, and stakeholder communications.

You will work under broad guidance with multiple departments, coordinate complex programs, and prepare reports and presentations for leadership, the General Assembly, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Public Administration or Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in research, fiscal analysis and policy development.
• Ability to develop and disseminate information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with State agencies to strengthen cross-system collaboration and implement integrated services.
• Perform research, program evaluation, fiscal and policy analysis on human service issues.
• Represent departments in contact with state officials, local governments and media.
• Develop newsletters and communications for legislative changes and impacts.
• Coordinate project activities, establish decision-making structures, and ensure accountability.
