Job summary

Amentum is seeking a senior intelligence planning professional to support CENTCOM J2 through planning and assessment that informs senior leaders. The role emphasizes coordination of ICP efforts, interagency information sharing, and studies of intelligence programs to improve effectiveness.

Responsibilities include planning ICP production across directorates, identifying requirements for CCMD operations, and advising on new ideas for engagement with the IC and coalition partners.

Qualifications

• Masters degree with 10 years intelligence and/or service planning experience at echelons of command above Battalion/Squadron or credentialed SME or recognized specialist in relevant field.
• Bachelor degree with 12 years intelligence and/or service planning experience at echelons of command above Battalion/Squadron or credentialed SME or recognized specialist in relevant field;
• Comprehensive knowledge of the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility and organization; Joint/Service Intermediate Level School (JPME-I, CGSC, SAMS / SAAS / SAWS / MAWS / JAWS), and JIP Level I / Tier I certification preferred or proof of working understanding of multiple intelligence disciplines and an awareness of CSA capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Intelligence Plans Division leadership and staff with planning, organization, development, coordination, and execution of intelligence planning activities.
• Plan and coordinate ICP production and implementation for the J2 Directorate, other directorates, IC, coalition partners.
• Identify shortfalls and develop courses of action and mitigation strategies for CCMD operations.
