Job summary

LA28 in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Manager, Security Intelligence & Analysis to develop and deliver Open-Source intelligence capabilities for the Safety & Security program. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in intelligence analysis or a related field.
• Background or experience in public and/or private sector safety & security.
• Experience standing-up new capabilities based on best-practice.
• Proven ability to distill voluminous information into crystalized insights.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, start-ups/growth environments.
• Experience applying structured analytic techniques (government/private sector context).

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Tactical Intelligence Analysis and Oversight: lead the pre-Games intelligence strategy and oversee collection, analysis and dissemination.
• Threat Monitoring, Assessment & Analysis: detect, monitor and assess threats including weather events, civil unrest, crime; recommend tools/sources; support crisis management.
• Relationships with Private & Public Sector Partners: build information-sharing with public/private partners and benchmark peers.
• Develop and Grow Capabilities: assess needs and growth plans; consider in-house or outsourced capabilities.
• Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: prepare executive communications and represent safety & security in cross-organizational meetings.
