Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Senior Manager, Security Intelligence & Analysis to develop and deliver Open-Source intelligence capabilities for the Safety & Security program. This role will build a robust intelligence monitoring capability to inform risk mitigation and decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in intelligence analysis, experience with both public and private sectors, and a proven ability to translate complex information into actionable insights in fast-paced

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in intelligence analysis or a related field.
• Experience in public and/or private sector safety & security.
• Experience applying structured analytic techniques in security context.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Tactical Intelligence Analysis and Oversight: develop and lead pre-Games intelligence strategy; oversee collection, analysis and dissemination; brief leadership.
• Threat Monitoring, Assessment & Analysis: detect and assess threats, advise on tools/sources, use emergency communications platform; support crisis management.
• Relationships with Private & Public Sector Partners: build information sharing with public/private partners; benchmark peers; liaison with agencies.
• Develop and Grow Capabilities: assess needs, plan growth, decide on in-house vs outsourced capabilities.
• Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: prepare executive communications; contribute to internal/external safety & security communications.
• Education & Background: strong communication skills, teamwork, problem solving, adaptability.
