Citigroup Inc. in New York seeks a Lead Intelligence Analyst to coordinate geopolitical intelligence analysis for Citi and clients across regions. The role reports to the Strategic Intelligence Manager and requires expertise across all-source intelligence and link analysis.

You will lead briefings for senior decision-makers, partner with Citi units, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position focuses on EMEA threat streams and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred.
• Six to ten years of relevant experience; private sector experience preferred.
• Experience with intelligence analysis, geopolitical risk, or large complex environments; cyber threat intel a plus.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Self-motivated and independent with decision-making in fast-paced settings.
• Qualitative and quantitative intelligence analysis to provide impactful findings.
• Advanced skills in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and creative use of these tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills across time zones.
• Professional network of industry and government relationships.
• Able to work occasional flexible schedule for crisis response.

Responsabilités

• Function as a subject matter expert and strategic Intelligence lead on geopolitical threat streams in EMEA.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to produce sophisticated analysis and responses for risks to the firm.
• Deliver detailed and professional briefings to clients, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Engage stakeholders to identify intelligence gaps and develop innovative solutions.
• Identify tech and software-based solutions to enhance analytical efficiency and client engagement.
• Develop procedures to standardize and enhance strategic intelligence production.
• Collaborate with threat intelligence vendors to produce analysis on internal and external data.
• Build and maintain partnerships with Citi units handling investigations, security risk, monitoring and crisis management.
• Liaise with public/private sector partners on threat intelligence and industry trends.
• Forecast and analyze ‘over the horizon’ threats; manage deliveries with globally dispersed teams.
• Meet deadlines and update schedules for products and services; seek new information.
