Job summary

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Business Integration and Procurement Excellence Analyst to support strategic initiatives across Timberlands, Real Estate, Energy, and Wood Products. You will drive data-driven decisions, develop analytics platforms, and collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, and AI teams to maximize value and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in wood products or forestry industry.
• 5+ years in data science, business intelligence, or analytics.
• Strong communications and analytical skills.
• Experience in Procurement, Operations, or Finance/AP.
• Excellent PC skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional data analysis to guide strategic decisions.
• Collect, integrate, and analyze diverse data sources to develop reports and recommendations.
• Participate as a key member of the Integration and Procurement Excellence teams.
• Collaborate across Timberlands, Real Estate, Energy, Wood Products, Procurement, Data and Analytics, and AI to drive value.
• Develop a platform to connect current analytical tools for cross-business valuation.
• Design and train data analytics and visualization tools for integration opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects and organize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Provide training on data analysis interpretation and system updates.
• Develop and train teams on leveraging AI and analytics toolsets.
