Newport News Shipbuilding seeks a skilled Senior Master Scheduler to lead the integrated master plan development for major programs. You will ensure horizontal and vertical alignment across finance, engineering, manufacturing and quality, and you will monitor progress with earned value management techniques.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 3 years exempt experience or a Master's with 1 year; equivalent programs considered.

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of exempt experience; Master's Degree with 1 year of relevant exempt experience
• Equivalent combinations accepted as listed in qualifications
• Must have capability to coordinate integrated master plans and schedules

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule
• Ensure horizontal and vertical integration across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality
• Track plans, perform risk analysis, identify critical path conflicts
• Use Gantt, PERT, and earned value management to gauge progress and recommend interventions
• Maintain alignment with program objectives and cross-functional teams
