Job summary

CCA Global Partners in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Specialty Programs Specialist for our Strategic Partners Group in St. Louis.

You will manage Specialty Program claims from assignment through resolution, coordinate with contractors, flooring stores and carrier partners, and ensure accurate estimates and documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business and 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to resolve complex estimating issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience; supervisory or insurance industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to resolve complex estimating and workmanship issues involving multiple parties.
• Excellent communication skills in phone-based and cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Specialty Program claims from assignment through resolution.
• Monitor daily work queues and prepare weekly/monthly reporting on claim activity.
• Review and validate estimates for medium- to large-loss property claims for accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between contractors, flooring stores, and insurance partners to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to investigate scoping discrepancies and warranty issues.
• Support estimate-to-payment alignment by validating scope, pricing, and totals.
