Nicole Dirnberger - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to grow the agency through meaningful client relations and by acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, improving lives through proactive service.

As a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance agent in Missouri, you will develop relationships, conduct policy reviews, explain and sell policies to leads, resolve complex issues, and strive to meet sales targets while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Must be licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance in Missouri

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
